Both the execution conditions and the commissions will depend directly on the Prime Bank, which accepts the management of the service.

This letter is not an official Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA).

All the terms and conditions of the proposed transaction would be established in the SPA, which will be negotiated, agreed and executed by both parties.

The company will study each order received and carry out the necessary Due Diligence (DD) studies to assess the industrial and financial capacity of the client and therefore reserves the right of admission and acquisition.

Expenses will be calculated in Sterling Pounds (GBP)
